De câțiva ani am folosit mandala, sau fragmente din mandale, și colajul. Văd mandala ca pe o referire la un flux energetic perfect, iar prin suprapuneri caut să surprind și să înțeleg deranjamentul vibrațiilor, sau să arăt cum ar putea arăta. Sunt intrigat de rezultatele suprapunerii sau alăturării elementelor. Încercarea mea e să le integrez într-un mod personal de exprimare. 

De asemenea, sunt pasionat de corăbii cu vele și consider lucrările câte o pagină din jurnalul de bord. De aceea titlul se referă la valuri, lucrările fiind începute sau suprapunându-se cu perioade tulburi. Uneori valurile vorbesc despre evenimentele al căror rezultat nu ar fi cel cu care să te mândrești. 

For several years I have used mandalas, or fragments of mandalas, and collage. I see the mandala as a reference to a perfect energy flow, and through overlayings I seek to capture and understand the disturbance of vibrations, or show what it might look like. I am intrigued by the results of overlapping or joining elements. My attempt is to integrate them in a personal way of expression.

I am also passionate about sailing ships and I consider the art works as pages from a logbook. That’s why the title refers to the waves, the works being started or overlapping with troubled periods. Sometimes the waves speak of events with outcomes we wouldn’t be proud of.
